What we place, at no cost to you

Three ways to stock your breakroom

Pick one or combine them. We size the setup to your headcount and your floor plan, then handle the installation, restocking and service.

Free placement

Vending Machines

Snack and drink machines, placed free. You supply the floor space and a standard outlet — we supply everything else.

  • No purchase, lease or equipment cost
  • Card, tap and mobile pay
  • Restocking and repairs included
  • You pick the product mix — snacks, drinks or both

High-Volume Locations

Bigger sites outgrow a single machine fast. For high-headcount locations we build the whole breakroom around your shift patterns — more machines, more variety and fresh food, restocked to match when your people actually eat.

  • Banks of machines sized to your headcount, not a single unit
  • Fresh food, meals and healthy options at real volume
  • Restocking built around night and weekend shifts
  • Coffee service folded into the same visit
  • Micro Markets available — open-shelf self-checkout where the site suits it

Add-on or standalone

Office Coffee Service

Brewers, coffee and all the supplies that go with them — kept stocked so nobody on your team has to order cups again.

  • Brewer setup and maintenance
  • Cups, lids, creamer, sugar, stir sticks
  • Scheduled restocking
  • Bean-to-cup or single-serve, whichever your team prefers

Local vs. national

The machine is free everywhere. The service is where vendors differ.

Any vendor will place equipment at no cost. What you actually live with for the next three years is how fast someone answers when a machine goes down.

A Better Choice Vending machine, wrapped in the company's own branding and fully stocked, installed at a Brevard County business
Owner-operated in Brevard County — Ashley Sisserson runs the company and answers the phone. Every machine is wrapped in our own branding — you always know whose equipment is in your breakroom.

  • You get a direct line to the owner.

Not a support queue, a ticket number and a callback window.

  • We’re based here, so service calls stay local.

Not a route truck routed in from outside the county whenever it has room.

  • Restocked on a real, agreed schedule.

Not an empty row for two weeks because the visit slipped.

  • You choose the product mix.

Not a fixed corporate planogram your team never asked for. Tell us what sells in your breakroom and we adjust it.

  • No long-term contract.

We’d rather keep your business by servicing it well.

We love Better Choice Vending! Their service is outstanding! Our machine is constantly stocked with several options for our family. Plus, it works well and is reliable (not like most vending machines). But, best of all, the owners are extremely responsive to any question or request we may have!

I was out and about and the colorful vending machine intrigued me instantly! I bought some snackies for my trip, then looked them up out of curiosity, loved finding out I was supporting a local company and not some nationwide conglomerate!
